15 steps to cope with stress
- Don’t panic
- Take stock of yourself and count from 60 backward. It takes about a min @>
- Enjoy hours God has given. Enjoy smiling and be happy. Develop a positive attitude.
- Have friends you can count on.
- Pray often
- Meditation. Reflect on your life, purpose and mission. Make necessary changes.
- Practice hydrotheraphy. Water cools the body. 78% of body is water. Drink 8 glasses everyday.
- Practice time management. Set aside time for recreation, exercise and prayers.
- Practice anger management. (aku dh lame praktik bende nih..hehe)
- Enough sleep. (klu boleh la…cube la..)
- Escape to a safer area when you find it absolute necessary. Relocation is not a cowardly act. Act wise to escape anger.
- Learn to laugh at your mistakes.
- Know where to go when you are in trouble. Telephone no.s should be handy. (jd klu tgh marah2,jgn lupe handphone tau?)
- Learn and practice empathy
- Practice charity, love others..
